The JC Brace app may be used as a reference tool for any healthcare professional to order the most appropriate orthotic appliance for their patients. JC Brace App is owned by JC Orthopedic (over 30 years in O&P) in New Jersey.
If user wishes to have JC Orthopedic fit or mail the product, please choose JC Orthopedic as your vendor at registration. Most major medical accepted.
The user may request another brace vendor to be listed as their vendor of choice. In the registration window choose add vendor and enter their contact information. We will then contact vendor to be added to vendor list.
